Cut out Hole on Foamboard Simply measure, and cut out circular holes of 1 inch (25mm) where you would place the bulbs on your marquee number/letter light frame. You would need a utility or X-ACTO knife. Unscrew Bulb from Cap After all the holes are cut, unscrew the bulb from the cap, starting with the one from the beginning of the wire.
